Reja next year at Lazio

Rome - Edoardo Reja had ensure survival. Allenatore Lazio has now officially signed a contract extension for one year.
Proclaimed by the Italian Football, the contract will bind Reja until June 2012. The deal also includes an option for season 2012-13.
Lazio have failed to qualify for the Champions League after finishing in fifth place in the final standings below Udinese who have the advantage of goal difference. Even so 'The Blue Sky' will still be competing in Europe to perform at the Europa League.




However, Reja still considered a success again raised Biancoceleste as one force in Italian football.
Reja, who replaced Davide Ballardini in February 2010 refused to commit to the club before the season ends.
"He has signed a contract for one season only because the way he works. He wants the results speak for him," said Lazio president Claudio Lotito told UEFA's official website. & .
